Oceans Outdoor Furniture is the UK number one provider of luxury PE Rattan Outdoor living furniture. We are looking for exceptional and motivated sales staff to work in our new store based in St Nicholas Shopping Centre to drive sales of our brand.
In order to be successful in the role, we’re looking for:
• Previous retail sales experience, ideally within a home/furniture environment, although not necessary as full training will be given.
• The ability to develop sales and high level of customer service, acting as an ambassador to the Oceans brand
• A proven track record of delivering results.
• A passion for delivering a world class customer experience
• An excellent communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
• The ability to work on your initiative as well as part of a small team.
• IT literate preferred, although not essential as training is given, more important is your desire to sell and succeed.
In return, we offer a basic salary and extremely competitive commission package as well as a loyalty bonus payable at the end of the term.
